European Urban Design thoughts. I concur with one additional comment. Construction of 6 story apartment flats in Europe is of heavy cement. In the US, it’s wood and dry wall. You cannot hear your neighbors above you in Europe. You absolutely can in the US. So, unless this changes it is a poorer living choice in the US.
